Creative Director

Reporting to the Executive Creative Director. The job purpose consists of managing and executing creative output for all of the eMedia Groups marketing and branding projects briefed into the Creative Services department. The Creative Director will develop creative campaign strategies aligned to marketing objectives from concept to completion. The Creative Director will build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all broadcast, web, print, and digital marketing collateral. Ensuring that ideas and execution fit into the overall brand, marketing and eMedia business strategy.

Reporting to Creative Director: Creative Services
Your key performance areas include:

1.Creative Strategy
-Implementing creative promotions and campaigns that meet the group marketing and business objectives.
-Demonstrating leadership and guidance within the creative team.
-Directing concept presentations and execution of strategy.
-Ensuring the company remains profitable through creative solutions.
-Providing thought leading solutions to creative challenges.
-Evaluating new technologies and align to marketing/business objectives.

2.Project Management
-Managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
-Maintaining accountability for overall quality of creative work.
-Overseeing project teams from ideation to execution, maintain a hands-on design and production approach on high visibility projects.

3.Operational Performance
-Producing cost effect Marketing campaign material that is in-line with the CS departmental budget.
-Managing operational team performance through effective management within policies and procedures.
-Maintaining good collaborative synergies with internal colleagues and external affiliates.

4.Quality Assurance
-Providing quality control over concepts and projects.
-Implementing and devise cost-effective creative solutions.
-Directing the sign-off and approval of all completed projects.
-Ensuring the quality assurance standards and industry best practices are consistently applied to ensure all creative work is of the highest quality.
-Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables and project management oversight

-Providing quality control over concepts and projects.
-Monitoring and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, organizational standards, policies and procedures.
-Ensuring compliance to all creative department standards and manage all communication with management and participate in regular department meetings.


A relevant visual communication, advertising, design or production qualification.
A minimum of 5 years related experience with 3+ years of creative leadership in agency or corporate setting.
Relevant experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns from concept to completion, timeously and within allocated financial budget.
Relevant experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels from broadcast, digital, on-line /social media and print.
